The Watchdog Key Case — Gran (German Shepherd)
Gran and Toy are our workshop's furry companions, spending their days keeping our craftspeople company. Now, they’ve transformed into adorable key cases to keep your keys safe and secure.
Modeled after Gran the German Shepherd, this key case features a detachable leather leash that can be fastened to your bag handle. Clip him on and take your loyal companion on all your daily adventures.
About the Leather – EARTH LEATHER
Pit-tanned leather that brings out the raw, honest beauty of the hide.
Pit tanning is a traditional method of tanning leather slowly and carefully using natural tannins derived from plants.
Hides are soaked in large tanks—or “pits”—filled with tannin-rich solution for several weeks to months, allowing the leather to be tanned thoroughly over time.Though it takes time and effort, the result is durable leather with firm structure that ages beautifully with use.
In short, it’s the kind of leather you grow into—and that grows with you.

Attention
- Measurements may vary slightly from those listed.
- Colors on your screen may differ from the actual product, depending on your device.
Leather goods
- The leather we use is natural leather. We do not use hides with damage that could lead to tears or splits, but scars and wrinkles already in the leather are kept as a characteristic of the material. Color, thickness, and texture also vary from piece to piece, even in the same leather.
- Please note that water can cause stains and color transfer.
Canvas products
- Painted areas may transfer color if rubbed or exposed to water. Please take care.
Products using brass
- Because of the nature of brass, some areas may look dull from the making process.
- We use solid brass, which develops a patina with use. Please enjoy this as part of how the material ages.
- To remove tarnish from brass, use a silver polishing cloth. Please try it on an inconspicuous area first.
