THE SUPERIOR LABOR 20th Anniversary Event Ticket Purchase Terms

Please read the following before joining THE SUPERIOR LABOR’s 20th anniversary event, “8-DAY TRIP with TSL,” so that everyone can spend the time comfortably and with peace of mind.

1. Ticket purchase and admission
   A ticket is valid only for the date, time, and venue of the event it is issued for.
   Each ticket admits one person.
   After your purchase, an e-ticket with a QR code will be sent to the email address you registered.
   On the day of the event, please present the email containing the QR code on your smartphone. Reception staff will scan the QR code and admit you.
   Each QR code can be used only once. The same QR code cannot be used by more than one person.
   The name, email address, and other details you register when purchasing a ticket are used to confirm your purchase, operate the event, and manage admission.
   Where necessary to prevent misuse or to confirm that you are entitled to enter, we may ask you to present identification.
2. Cancellations and refunds
   Cancellations and refunds requested by the customer after purchase are not accepted in principle.
   This does not apply if the organizer cancels the event, or if a refund is required by law.
3. Transfer and resale of tickets
   Resale of tickets for profit, transfer for more than the face value, and any paid transfer without the organizer’s consent are prohibited.
   If you cannot attend because of unavoidable circumstances, please contact the organizer in advance. A transfer to a third party is permitted only when the organizer approves it.
   If unauthorized resale or misuse of a ticket is found, the ticket may be invalidated and admission may be refused.
4. Advance purchase for the workshop and field trip
   Guests who purchase a ticket for the 20th anniversary party are offered an advance opportunity to purchase a place at the workshop held in Kurashiki and the Nap Village field trip.
   The number of places you may purchase in advance is limited to the number of party tickets you have purchased.
   The advance-purchase right alone cannot be transferred or sold to a third party.
   Each program has a capacity. An advance purchase does not guarantee participation.
5. Photography and filming
   Photographs and videos will be taken during the event for record-keeping and publicity.
   Photographs and videos may be published on the official website of THE SUPERIOR LABOR, on social media, in email newsletters, and in other publicity materials.
   If you have a request about photography or publication, please tell the organizer in advance. We will take it into account as far as we can.
6. Changes to the event and cancellation
   The content, performers, times, schedule, and other details of the event may change because of weather, transportation, the circumstances of performers or other people involved, or other unavoidable reasons.
   If the event is cancelled, the organizer will let you know how it will be handled.
7. Personal information
   The name, email address, and other personal information collected when you purchase a ticket are used to issue tickets, contact purchasers, verify identity, manage admission, and operate the event.
   We handle this personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
